Street Outreach
A Street based outreach program for teens.
A worker will support the youth as they attempt to leave street
involvement, or support the youth and family to maintain the youth
in the home. As well, they will ensure the youth's basic safety needs
are met, such as helping to find food, shelter or medical attention.
Parent of Teen Group
A group for parents of teens.
Raising a young adult can be a challenge. Parent of Teen is a weekly group to support the parent and offer tools and strategies for effective parenting. Topics covered include: conflict resolution, self care and adolescent emotional development.
Family Outreach
An individualized service for youth and families in conflict.

A Youth and Family Worker will help families to improve their communication skills; provide conflict resolution in the family; and assist the youth and family to develop pro-social skills. They will also work with the youth to develop supports in the family and community, including making referrals.
Teen Groups
We offer a series of groups for teens facing challenges in their life.
Gender-based groups that address issues that cause conflict for youth. Topics covered include: self care, conflict resolution, managing your emotions, self esteem, and body image. Groups are led by Youth and Family Workers.
Independent Living
An Independent Living Program for youth.

Living on your own can be a big chore. A worker can provide learning opportunities with the goal to increase confidence, self-esteem fitness, health, personal life skills (such as accessing bank accounts, budgeting, preparing for job interviews etc.) and improve communication and pro-social behavior of the youth.

SEY (Stop Exploiting Youth) Program
Outreach support for youth who are on ICE list of the Abbotsford Police Department and are sexually exploited or at high risk of sexual exploitation.Family Development
An individualized service for youth and families in conflict.

Rapid Response is a program that services family's with children ages 0 through 18 years. This program is a 6-week service where the Youth and Family Worker meets with the family in the home or community to reduce the family's crisis or conflict. This service will provide parenting, communication, and conflict resolution skills and any other intervention that may be needed to create harmony in the home.
Intensive Support and Supervision Program
Youth justice services.

A program which enhances the safety of the community by supporting the young person's participation in activities and programs directed at their needs, as well as monitoring compliance with court orders, consequently facilitating rehabilitation and reintegration.
Education Support Program

Youth on probation are supported in transitioning back into school with a comprehensive program that assists in academic achievement, personal development and developing family supports.
Community Work Service

The program provides community service work for youth probationers
in Abbotsford. The program allows youth the opportunity to build quality
relationships within the surrounding community, a sense of accountability
as well
as increased motivation and self-esteem.
Youth Mentorship Program
A program to increase youth resiliency and success through provision
